Creating links and alignment between education and the industry, capitalising upon the AI-powered infrastructure, along with the learning initiatives established on WP2 and WP3.
This WP will focus on business growth coaching based on entrepreneurship, innovation and the use of creative thinking for the industry and sustainability in local, national and EU societies.
Improvement of skills through ongoing education by proposing internships, coaching, workshops, training, and theme-based seminars, increasing one’s ability to collaborate and be more inclusive in specialised teams.
The primary goals of this WP are:
To conduct pilot sessions utilising the project’s results.
To collect feedback.
To utilise the collected feedback to enhance the project’s results.

Pilot implementations will be coordinated in five countries (IT, ES, TR, FR, GR).
