PROJECT RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES

The project will produce the following core results as defined in the proposal:

• An AI-supported skills monitoring and analysis system for identifying emerging competence needs in tourism and hospitality.

• A structured curriculum framework integrating AI, digital transformation and sustainability competences aligned with relevant European competence frameworks.

• Modular and stackable training programmes designed for higher education and vocational education contexts.

• A digital learning platform enabling access to training content, micro-credentials and certification pathways.

• A dissemination, communication and exploitation strategy ensuring long-term sustainability and scalability of project outcomes.

EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING OUTPUTS

• Modular learning units and training materials.

• Micro-credential structures supporting recognition and portability.

• Open Educational Resources (OERs) released under appropriate open licences.

• Methodological guidelines and support materials for educators and trainers.

 

DIGITAL PLATFORM

The BIAD digital platform will host the developed training modules, provide access to learning resources and micro-credentials, and support pilot implementation and validation activities across partner countries.
